So let me get this straight...Someone walks into your office and says, "Let's tell the children World War III has begun and London is being bombed, rush the children into the school basement and set off fireworks outside to simulate bombs going off nearby." Your response as school administrator? "What a fine idea! Sounds like a fine way to whip these kids into shape and teach them about the horrors of war!"
